Catella APAM, acting on behalf of Cape Town-based investor NPV International (NPV), has completed two lease renewals at 12 Greek Street in Leeds.
Parkrun has signed a new five-year lease for 1,200 sq ft on the second floor of the building and Troup, Bywaters + Anders has renewed its lease on 1,100 sq ft of space on the first floor on a five-year term.
The 23,000 sq ft multi-let office and leisure building is located in the heart of the city’s prime commercial and leisure district.
Chalwe Silwizya, senior asset manager at Catella APAM, said: “We’re delighted to see both parkrun and Troup, Bywaters + Anders reaffirm their long-term commitment to 12 Greek Street. These renewals are a clear endorsement of the building’s quality, location, and the experience it offers occupiers. Retaining valued tenants is the strongest testament to how well the building continues to perform in a competitive market.”
