Adhan Group has acquired the 65,000 sq ft No 10 Shiprow leisure scheme in Aberdeen for an undisclosed price.
The scheme is anchored by Lane7 bowling and games bar and VUE Cinema.

Last month, Adhan Group announced it had acquired the 5.5-acre India Mill manufacturing plant in the centre of Blackburn for an undisclosed sum and let it to tissue manufacturing company Euro Paper.
