Adhan Group has let the 153,000 sq ft former Graham & Brown manufacturing plant in Blackburn to tissue manufacturing company Euro Paper.
Earlier this month, Adhan Group announced it had acquired the 5.5-acre India Mill manufacturing plant in the centre of Blackburn for an undisclosed sum.
The modern, self-contained manufacturing facility is located on Furthergate Business Park near junction six of the M65.
A spokesperson from Adhan Group said: “This is not just a win for us – this is a win for Blackburn, and a proud moment for us to be part of one of the largest lettings in the north at the beginning of this year. Bringing industry and employment back to this landmark site is something we’re incredibly proud of. It reflects our commitment to revitalising key locations and supporting economic growth.”
Abid Khan, director of Euro Paper, added: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be relocating our operations to this fantastic new site. It offers us the perfect platform for growth and expansion.”
