Serviced office operator Arena Offices has acquired the former LV Insurance building in the Westbourne area of Bournemouth.
The company, which operates 11 serviced offices across the South of England, intends to undertake an extensive refit and remodelling of the 21,000 sq ft Victoria House on Poole Road.
The £8m refurbishment project will feature high-end internal decoration and will be ready for occupation from the first quarter of 20226.
Simon West, executive chairman of Arena Offices, said: “When Victoria House unexpectedly came back on the market we knew we had to have it and we are delighted to have sealed the deal. There is very little in the way of good quality office accommodation for growing businesses in this part of Bournemouth and we are very confident that the refit and remodelling work we are doing in Victoria House will attract a lot of new businesses into an already thriving part of the town.
