Bershka has signed for a 17,500 sq ft flagship store at Victoria Square in Belfast.
The store, which will be located adjacent to Goldsmiths on the upper ground level, is the brand’s first in Northern Ireland.
Pull & Bear is also upsizing into a brand new 16,000 sq ft unit on the upper ground floor of the retail and leisure scheme, tripling the size of its existing space on the lower ground level.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Savills are joint agents for Victoria Square. Victoria Square is managed by Lambert Smith Hampton’s Belfast office.
