Newmark has appointed Sebastian Wallis as a senior leader in its UK valuation team.
Wallis, who more than 25 years of experience in the UK property industry, joins Newmark from a private office where he served as a senior consultant.
Prior to that, he led CBRE’s London residential valuation team and was a partner at Knight Frank, where he led the firm’s London residential development valuation team for more than a decade.
