Vistry Group has agreed a deal with affordable housing provider MTVH to deliver 119 affordable homes at its Great Haddon development in Peterborough.
The new development will comprise a mix of affordable housing options designed to meet the needs of a diverse local population.
Construction of the 119 affordable homes is scheduled to commence in May 2025 and is expected to be completed by April 2027.
