Swiss Life has put the 2 Brewery Wharf office building in Leeds city centre up for sale with a price tag of circa £4m.
The four-storey, 26,738 sq ft building is located in the South Bank area of the city. The building, which was built in 2004, was refurbished in 2019 and again in 2021.
Graham Foxton, partner at Knight Frank, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “2 Brewery Wharf offers good value for a private investor and the opportunity to capture rental growth, which is now being seen throughout the city in the office sector. Offers are invited at around £4m.”
Knight Frank recently acted for Swiss Life on the sale of an Asda petrol station and convenience store in Boroughbridge Road, Knaresborough, which was acquired by a high net-worth individual for just under £3m. The company’s Leeds office also recently completed the acquisition of a single let industrial unit in Normanton on behalf of a local investor for a similar price.
