Creative and digital marketing agency TGG has signed for the 13,811 sq ft third floor of the Foundation development in Altrincham town centre.

The company is relocating its HQ to Foundation, which is being developed through a partnership between Bruntwood and Trafford Council.

Located directly opposite Altrincham Interchange, the workspace features an onsite coffee shop, natural light throughout and a 375 sq m HYVERT living wall, made up of 36,000 plants.

Sharon Johnson, head of commercial at Bruntwood, said: “We’re delighted to welcome TGG to the growing community at Foundation and the wider Stamford Quarter. Their arrival adds to the dynamic mix of innovative, forward-thinking businesses that are helping to shape Altrincham’s future.

“This latest deal is a strong endorsement of Foundation’s reputation as a thriving hub for enterprise and creativity. With just one 3,000 sq ft suite remaining, demand continues to grow as more businesses look to base themselves in well-connected, high-quality workspaces that support collaboration, wellbeing, and growth. At Bruntwood, we’re committed to creating places where businesses can not only succeed, but truly thrive, and Foundation is a shining example of that vision in action.”

Liz Patel, Trafford Council’s executive member for economy and regeneration, added: “We’re thrilled that TGG has chosen Foundation as the new home for their business. Altrincham town centre is rapidly evolving into a vibrant hub for enterprise, and with TGG joining the community, it’s a particularly exciting moment to welcome them.”

Chris Niebel, founder and director at TGG, said: “In an industry where creativity and innovation are vital to success, it’s essential that we offer our team an environment that supports and enhances those strengths. Foundation’s dynamic space perfectly complements our fast-paced way of working, and we truly believe we’ve found a home for our business that will foster growth, spark creativity, and drive innovation.”
