Capital Industrial has let a 14,545 sq ft unit at Beddington Trading Park on Bath House Road, Croydon, to a furniture rental company.
The company has signed for the refurbished Unit 11 on a 10-year lease. The adjacent Unit 10, which provides 12,774 sq ft of fully refurbished industrial space, including 1,522 sq ft of first floor office space and a secure yard, is available to let. An additional yard area of 13,312 sq ft is also available to lease separately.
Charlie McKechnie, surveyor at SHW, which acted for Capital Industrial on the deal, said: “This letting is further evidence of the resilience of the South London industrial and logistics market in the face of the global economic downturn. Just one unit remains available at Beddington Trading Park, offering the same top quality refurbishment from Capital Industrial.”
