Langtree has agreed a forward-funding deal with Indurent for the next phase of its Hollinwood Junction project in Oldham.
The scheme, which is being delivered in partnership with Oldham Council, will comprise 13 high Industrial units ranging from circa 5,000 sq ft to circa 42,000 sq ft, providing a total of 192,000 sq ft of distribution and manufacturing space.
Langtree has appointed Manchester-based Russell WHBHO as main contractor, with work scheduled to commence on site this month and practical completion expected in July 2026.

It is great to return such a blighted brownfield site to productive use and finally be able to share the completion timeline with the market. It’s a prime site and we expect demand for the units to be high.”
