Sarah Thomas has been appointed as a non-executive director of NewArch Homes, Octopus Capital’s for-profit registered provider of social housing.
Thomas, who has more than 20 years of strategic and operational leadership experience across the housing and transport sectors, is currently chief executive of Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) and chair of social housing charity HACT.
She previously held executive roles at Peabody, Catalyst Housing and the Housing Ombudsman, as well as senior positions at Eurostar.
