Catella APAM has let 9,058 sq ft of office space at Arlington Park, Reading, to Ridge and Partners on a 10-year lease.
Neuraxpharm, a European specialty pharmaceutical company, has also signed a new five-year lease for 2,300 sq ft on the first floor of Building 1410 alongside Ridge.
A short-term extension will allow Neuraxpharm to remain in its existing space until December 2025, before transitioning into its new headquarters.
Adrian Goulding, partner at Ridge, said: “When relocating, location was obviously a key consideration but the quality of the space and environment for our staff was critical. Arlington Park provides great office space in a wider surrounding that has been a pleasure to become part of. The park management team do a great job in maintaining the lake and the landscaping which together with the café and gym provides an amazing environment for staff to enjoy.”
