CBRE’s Mark Collins set to leave the business

CBRE’s executive director and chairman of UK residential, Mark Collins, is leaving the business in September. 

Collins, who has more than 40 years’ experience in the property industry, joined CBRE in 2011 to launch its residential business. Prior to that, he was managing director of Harrods Estates.

In 2023, Collins was appointed UK chair of the Urban Land Institute and he will continue in that role going forward.

A spokesperson for CBRE, said: “Mark Collins will be leaving CBRE in September. He joined CBRE in 2011 to set up our residential business and most recently took on the role of chair of our living sector business in an interim capacity.

“Mark has been a key figure within the London residential real estate industry and will continue in his role as chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) executive committee and he will continue to sit on the ULI European executive committee. We wish Mark all the best for the future.”
