Catella APAM has let 35,000 sq ft at Arlington Park, Reading, to an unnamed global occupier specialising in mission-critical technical services.
The company has taken the three-storey Building 1240. Over the past four months, Catella APAM has completed four lettings totalling more than 68,000 sq ft at the park, which provides 365,000 sq ft of space across 11 buildings.
Max Bingham, asset manager at Catella APAM, said: “This letting is a testament to our consistent asset management approach. Having acted as asset manager at Arlington Park for nearly 10 years, we’ve created a community that supports modern business needs.”
