The ‘Riverside’ residential development site in Manchester has been put up for sale.
The 0.23-acre site, which is located at 4 Commercial Street, is being sold with designs prepared by SimpsonHaugh Architects for a 200-unit, luxury apartment scheme.
The proposed mix of accommodation includes studio and one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, with a generous onsite amenity provision and the potential for rooftop terraces.
The site, which is located in the Knott Mill area of the city, currently comprises vacant office and residential accommodation and a surface-level car park.
