Hertshten Properties (UK) has secured planning permission for updated proposals to redevelop 85 Gracechurch Street in the heart of the Square Mile.
The office tower will provide 377,000 sq ft of flexible, Grade A workspace with terraces on nearly every floor, a business lounge, flexible meeting rooms and a dedicated auditorium and event space offering views of the City.
Occupiers will also benefit from myriad of cultural and retail offers at the lower levels of the scheme, which will also showcase the remains of London’s 2,000-year-old first Roman forum basilica.
Designed by Woods Bagot, Hertshten Properties is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A and a minimum Nabers 5* rating for the development.
