Maven Capital Partners has acquired the single-let Pegasus House office building at Scottish Enterprise Technology Park in East Kilbride for an undisclosed price.
The property provides 20,228 sq ft of open-plan office and ancillary accommodation across two floors and has parking for 83 cars.
Pegasus House was built in 2008 and is let to NXP Laboratories UK, a subsidiary of NXP Semiconductors NV, which is listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
Colin Anderson, partner at Maven, said: “Pegasus House represents the type of high quality, income generating asset we actively seek for our property portfolio. The building is let to a well established tenant on a long term lease, offering secure and predictable income. Located within a thriving innovation cluster with excellent connectivity, it aligns well with our strategy of offering direct property investment for our investors in strong, income-led commercial property opportunities.”
