Tishman Speyer has unveiled plans to reposition the 550,000 sq ft campus at 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road in Central London.
The three-building complex, which is located at the junction of Belgravia and Victoria, will undergo a comprehensive transformation to “set a new benchmark for workplace and placemaking excellence in the West End”.
Tishman Speyer’s role on the project spans asset management, debt capital markets advisory and execution, as well as placemaking and hospitality services. The firm’s UK team has already refinanced the asset with Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking.
