Oryx Real Estate Partners has agreed a circa 47,000 sq ft office letting to international footwear brand Skechers at its Centrium scheme in St Albans.
Skechers, which is an existing tenant at the site, has nearly tripled its footprint at Centrium and has signed long term leases through to 2037 for Buildings 2 and 3, expanding from its current base in Building 3, which it has occupied since 2017.
