Landsec has appointed KLM Real Estate as joint leasing agents on Xscape Milton Keynes, Xscape Yorkshire and Tower Park, Poole.
The parks comprise a wide range of leisure, competitive socialising, cinemas and F&B operators, complemented by retail, and together they attract more than 12 million people annually.
KLM will work alongside CBRE and Landsec to target new leisure, F&B and complementary uses and capitalise on the sustained demand for experiential and mixed‑use destinations.
