British Land has completed 16,000 sq ft of retail and food and beverage lettings at Broadgate Central.
The new arrivals include: Boots Fragrance – Boots’ first-ever fragrance-only boutique; Molton Brown; NOTTO To Go; Läderach; Maison Ladurée; Moss; Strip; Murdock London; Sandwich Sandwich; and Sushinoya.
Following completion of the deals, the new retail and leisure space on the ground and lower floors of 1 Broadgate are 79% let or under offer and British Land reports “good interest” on the remaining space.
