The Upper Denburn House office building at Prime Four Business Park in Aberdeen has been put up for sale with a price tag of £18.5m+.
The 63,425 sq ft building is let to Harbour Energy until July 2034. The building was constructed in 2014 as a headquarters facility and was recently refurbished and reconfigured to support Harbour Energy’s ‘hub’ model.
Steven Newlands, head of capital markets at CBRE, which has been appointed to market the opportunity alongside MWM Property Consultants, said: “Upper Denburn House represents one of the most attractive investment opportunities to come to the Scottish market in recent years. The combination of a prime asset, a long secure income stream to a world-class occupier and its location within Scotland’s leading business park, makes this a compelling proposition for investors seeking both immediate income and long-term stability.”
