Aviva Investors has appointed Hannah Butler from Knight Frank as assistant fund manager within its real estate equity team.
At Knight Frank, she spent four years in its portfolio investment team, most recently serving as a senior surveyor, and prior to that, she spent almost three years at Colliers International.
In the newly-created role at Aviva, Butler will be based in London and report to Ed Fuller, senior fund manager, real estate, with a focus on supporting performance delivery across Aviva Investors’ suite of UK real estate equity funds.
Fuller said: “We are pleased to welcome Hannah to the team. As we continue to grow our real estate strategy, we believe Hannah will further deepen our capacity and capability in supporting the delivery long-term investment outcomes across our range of funds and co-investment strategies.”
