YTL Developments has submitted a planning application for a new seven-storey, state-of-the-art office building at Brabazon new town to the north of Bristol.
Designed by AHR Architects and delivered by YTL Construction, the new commercial building will feature a rooftop bar and terrace, a fitness suite and a Waitrose supermarket at ground level.
The building will provide 175,000 sq ft of high-spec office space with individual floorplates of up to 22,400 sq ft.
