The Trefeddian Hotel in Aberdyfi, Wales, has been sold to an unnamed international hospitality group.
The 59-bedroom hotel, which was marketed at a guide price of £7.5m, features two self-catering properties and offers a wide range of leisure amenities, including a tennis court, putting green, extensive guest lounges and dining areas and an indoor swimming pool and spa bath.
The hotel, which is set in an elevated position overlooking Cardigan Bay, has been family-owned for more than 115 years. The new owner is seeking to expand its presence in the UK.
