Barwood Capital and development manager Moorevale have let 9,218 sq ft at the Explore office scheme on Paradise Road in Richmond Upon Thames to Inforcer.
The software company, which currently occupies serviced offices in Richmond, has agreed a 10-year lease on the first floor of the 45,000 sq ft building.
The on-site amenity provision at the Darling Associates Architects-designed building, includes a private 4,200 sq ft landscaped garden, a large private roof terrace on the fourth floor, a club room lounge, gym and spin studio, in addition to extensive end of journey facilities.
