Hampshire-based housebuilder Pennyfarthing Homes has completed the purchase of the former Ringwood Brewery site in Ringwood.
The family-owned company, which has outgrown its current headquarters in New Milton, intends to convert the site into its new HQ.
Pennyfarthing Homes has also completed on the sale of two warehouses on the site to Brighter Productions, which will be refurbished into a state-of-the-art headquarters for the event production company.
The 1.88-acre historic site, which was put up for sale two years ago by Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company, provides more than 36,000 sq ft of accommodation across former brewery buildings, warehouses, offices, a tap room and shop.
