Carter Jonas has appointed Ryan Dean from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) as a partner in the firm’s commercial team.
Dean, who has more than 25 years of UK property market experience, served as executive director and head of transactional services at LSH.
In his new role, he will be based at the firm’s London headquarters at One Chapel Place and will sit on the Carter Jonas commercial board. As part of his remit, he will lead Carter Jonas’s national offices team, working closely with Scott Harkness, head of transactions, to expand the firm’s capabilities in the industrial, science and technology and living sectors.
