Oxygen has acquired the 10,810 sq ft 14 Austin Friars office building in the heart of the City of London for an undisclosed price.
The property comprises a basement, ground and four upper floors, with the ground floor retail unit currently let to Soho Coffee.
The acquisition follows Oxygen’s purchase last year of 11 Leadenhall Street and forms part of the firm’s small building strategy, which sees it invests alongside a capital partner into value-add projects in prime London locations.
Jonathan Barber, head of asset management at Oxygen, said: “The acquisition of 14 Austin Friars reflects our ongoing confidence in the City of London and our commitment to identifying assets with strong potential. We see great opportunities to enhance this building and further contribute to the vitality of the City’s commercial landscape.”
