CEG has entered into administration following a recent shareholder dispute at the business.

KRE Corporate Recovery has been appointed to oversee the administration process at the company, which has offices in Leeds and London.

Matt Farrell, Tom Gaynor, Antonia Martin Wright, Jon Allen, Gerard Versteegh, who were all part of CEG’s former management team, have formed a new company, RPG, which has bought some of the assets of CEG.

The company’s projects include Temple Leeds, EQ Bristol and the flagship £600m+ Kirkstall Forge development in Leeds (pictured).

A spokesperson for CEG said: “The entity Commercial Estates Group Limited (CEG) has gone into administration. CEG is an entity which provides management services to client companies and does not own any property assets. The property-owning entities managed by CEG are unaffected.”
