Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Kiran Patel to the role of head of EMEA offices research.
Patel joined Cushman & Wakefield’s UK research and insight team in January 2023, focusing on the national offices and life sciences sectors.
In his new role, he will work closely with local research teams service line leaders and global teams to oversee the development of data-driven content to support office investor and occupier clients.
Patel said: “I’m excited to take on this regional role at a time when the office sector is undergoing significant transformation. Our clients are navigating complex challenges and opportunities, and I look forward to helping them make informed, data-driven decisions through insightful, forward-looking research.”
