Orega has agreed a deal with Brookfield Properties to provide 23,252 sq fit of flexible workspace at the Citypoint tower in the City of London.
The new flex space will open in April next year on the Level 5 podium of the building and will provide a wide range of different workspaces, tech-enabled meeting rooms and unlimited barista-quality coffee.
Located in the heart of London’s Square Mile, Citypoint offers 630,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across 36 floors. The agreement with Orega brings the building to 100% let.

We are successfully catering for the high demand from businesses in London who are increasingly looking for a flexible way to occupy property, but also require high quality ‘state-of-the-art’ space in a central location, near good transport links. We believe this trend will continue with the current economic uncertainty and reluctance of businesses to be tied into long leases.”
