Parker and Parker Investments has sold the 17,895 sq ft Woodland House office building in Clackheaton, West Yorkshire, to KJA Group Chartered Accountants for £2m.
The building, which is part of the Woodland Park development, is situated adjacent to Junction 26 of the M62 and the intersection with the M606.
