The first retail, F&B and leisure tenants at the £8bn Brent Cross Town development have been confirmed.

The Co-op is opening a 3,000 sq ft store at the scheme, which is being developed by Related Argent and Barnet Council, and Urban Leisure Group has signed for a 7,400 sq ft hospitality venue overlooking Neighbourhood square.

It has also been announced that new indoor padel courts are also going to be introduced at The 108 – Europe’s first indoor venue for baseball and softball.

Charmaine Rees, senior retail asset manager at Related Argent, said: “The new brands arriving are a testament to our vision for a vibrant, inclusive neighbourhood. Their commitment to ethical retailing, sustainability, and community investment aligns perfectly with our values. These businesses will serve as the cornerstone for a dynamic blend of household names and independents, supporting the needs and aspirations of all who live and work here. With more exciting openings on the horizon, Brent Cross Town is rapidly evolving into a flourishing place to call home.”
