Savills has appointed Max Graziani as an associate and Mason Hunt as a senior surveyor in its self-storage team.
Graziani (pictured) joins from Levy Real Estate, where he worked in the self-storage capital markets team, and prior to that he spent more than five years at JLL. Hunt joins from JLL, where he was part of the self-storage valuation team for three years.
At Savills, Graziani will focus on capital markets and Hunt will specialise in valuing self-storage assets across the UK and Europe.
Ollie Saunders, head of self-storage at Savills, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Max and Mason to our team, at a time of exciting growth in the sector. Self-storage operators have recorded rental growth of up to 7.6% in some regions when comparing H1 2024 with H1 2025, and occupancy levels remain robust. As demand for accurate and informed valuation advice grows, further strengthening our team ensures we will continue to meet client needs and support the sector’s evolution across the UK and Europe.”
