Tishman Speyer has let 32,000 sq ft to social entertainment business LADbible Group at its Angel Square redevelopment project in Islington.
The company will relocate to the building in Q1 2026 from its current London home in Aldgate. LADbible Group is working with Sheila Bird Studios on the design and fit-out of its new space.
Angel Square, which is nearing practical completion, will provide 188,000 sq ft of office space directly above Angel underground station.
Martin Simonneau, who leads Tishman Speyer’s UK business, said: “We are delighted to welcome LADbible’s dynamic and growing team to Angel Square. We are confident their unique culture and innovation in the social media industry have found the perfect home in Angel Square and Islington.”
Solly Solomou, CEO and founder of LADbible Group, added: “Angel Square felt like the right new home for us – it has everything we need to take LADbible in London to the next level. Having the whole team together on one big floor, with amazing facilities, studio space and outdoor terraces, means we’ve got the perfect set-up to collaborate, create and keep growing.”
Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE acted for Tishman Speyer and LADbible was represented by Savills.
