Experienced lender and investor, Nick White, has launched a new real estate capital advisory firm called Hive Capital Advisory.
The business, which is headquartered in Manchester, will cover the UK real estate market, providing tailored financial and funding solutions across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on development finance.
Hive has already closed three transactions since its formation, arranging a combined £31m in debt and equity funding, and it has a strong pipeline of upcoming deals.
The advisory firm has been backed with strategic investment from the McGoff Group, which has also come on board as a cornerstone client.
White said: “It’s an honour to announce Hive’s formation alongside closing the first deals for our clients. With the depth of experience across almost £1bn of real estate transactions over the last decade, we know what funders are looking for and can help to bridge the gap to developers and their schemes.”
