Kier Property and joint venture partner Test Valley Borough Council have secured planning consent for a new and revised 452,000 sq ft scheme at Logistics City, Andover.
The logistics scheme, which is located at Walworth Business Park, will comprise four units of 31,695 sq ft, 63,005 sq ft, 138,540 sq ft and 219,185 sq ft.
Kier Property has operated as Test Valley Borough Council’s development partner and asset manager for the park since 2011.
