Hartwell has secured planning consent for its masterplan for the £44m Wootton Science Park scheme to the south west of Oxford.
The approved masterplan will deliver circa 106,233 sq ft across five new lab and office buildings, in addition to new landscaped areas, secure bike storage, a bistro and gym.
Hartwell has owned the park since 1975 and built the first office building in 2005.

The consultant team comprised Scott Brownrigg, Ridge, Newmark, IMA, Macfarlane and Associates, Aspect Ecology and Hoare Lea. CBRE and Savills are the joint leasing agents at the park.
