Boultbee Brooks has fully let the Tailors Corner office scheme in the heart of Leeds following the completion of two new deals.
Steer Group has signed a five-year lease on 1,920 sq ft and Roscoe Development Management has agreed a 10-year lease on 1,667 sq ft. Tailors Corner is set over seven floors and offers more than 25,000 sq ft of design-led Grade A workspace.
