BrightBay Real Estate Partners has completed a hat trick of lettings totalling circa 26,000 sq ft at Bilton Way Industrial Estate in Luton.

National vehicle repair company ABL 1Touch has signed for a recently refurbished 13,295 sq ft unit, Euro Food Centre has taken a 10,076 sq ft refurbished warehouse at 19–23 Bilton Way and Jingdong Retail (UK), part of global e-commerce group JD.com, has signed for a 2,674 sq ft unit.

Bilton Way Industrial Park, which is located two miles from Junction 11 of the M1, comprises 49 units offering 420,000 sq ft.

Eamon Kennedy, senior partner and head of industrial and logistics at Kirkby Diamond, which is the sole agent at the park, said: “These lettings demonstrate the tangible results of our integrated approach. Our building consultancy, lease advisory, and agency teams have worked together to deliver a full-service solution – from refurbishment through to letting. By managing the entire lifecycle of each unit, we’ve achieved rental levels ahead of target, while reducing costs and void periods.”

Mark Pepper, partner and head of building consultancy at Kirkby Diamond, added: “Activity at Bilton Way remains strong. We’re advising on further refurbishment opportunities and our lease advisory team continues to drive performance through proactive rent reviews and renewals.”
