Flexible workspace provider BE Offices has agreed a deal with CLS Holdings to operate 13,100 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of the Artesian office building in Tower Hill, London.

The 91,000 sq ft building was acquired by CLS in 2019 and has been sensitively refurbished to retain many of its 1930s Art Deco features.

Artesian features a 3,500 sq ft wi-fi enabled reception/café space with on-site barista and a 4,500 sq ft roof terrace offering panoramic views across London. The building has secured BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and WiredScore Platinum ratings.

Jonathan Weinbrenn, managing director of BE.Spoke, BE’s managed workspace division, said: “This new deal marks a significant acquisition for our group, consolidating BE’s expansion over the past 12 months. We are thrilled to be bringing our flexible workspace offering to CLS’s Artesian. A prestigious building that aligns with our focus on ESG and which also provides the canvas to create beautiful, human-focused workspaces for our clients. Opening in March 2026, we are already pre-letting the space to a vibrant mix of enterprise and SME clients.”
