Panattoni has completed the freehold sale of the 79,216 sq ft Poyle 80 warehouse on Horton Road in Poyle, West London, to global logistics and freight forwarding solutions provider Davies Turner for an undisclosed price.
The speculatively developed mid-box logistics facility is located close to Heathrow Airport. Panattoni acquired the site at the end of May 2023, secured planning permission in December 2023 and completed the development earlier this year.
Davies Turner already has operations around Heathrow, but this acquisition will enable it to own the asset as a strategic long-term investment.
