Indurent has let the circa 267,000 sq ft Titan 10 facility in Bilston, Wolverhampton, to Mapei UK on a seven-year lease.
The move enables Mapei – which has had a presence in the Midlands for more than 25 years – to consolidate its distribution and warehouse facilities under one roof.
Titan 10, which is located in the heart of the Black Country, offers flexible industrial space tailored for modern logistics and manufacturing occupiers.
George Goldsmith, senior asset manager at Indurent, said: “Securing Mapei at Titan 10 is a standout moment in what has been an exceptional quarter for Indurent. Alongside major agreements with DPD and Soudal Group, this deal reinforces the Midlands’ position as a thriving hub for modern logistics and manufacturing.”
