RO Real Estate has completed two lettings at the 26,513 sq ft 37 Park Row office building in Nottingham’s Castle Quarter.
The company has let 6,291 sq ft to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on the third floor and 6,291 sq ft on the fourth floor to a global professional services firm on five-year leases. The new leases begin at £17.10/sq ft and rise to £27.50/sq ft by year five.
Following the expiry of Nottingham City Council’s historic lease at 37 Park Row, RO Real Estate intends to make a number of upgrades to the building, including improvements to its energy performance, enhanced shower and WC facilities and an updated reception area.
Ed Davidson, asset management director at RO Real Estate, said: “We are delighted that two major global occupiers have chosen to continue their occupancy at 37 Park Row. Both are well established in this strong location and have bought into our vision for modernising the building. We look forward to working with them in the coming months to bring the vision to life.”
Tata Consultancy Services was advised by Spring 4 and Greenwoods Legal and RO Real Estate was advised by FHP and Womble Bond Dickinson.
