Belgate Estates has purchased The Potteries Centre in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, for an undisclosed price.
Prior to the sale, The Potteries Centre was managed by investment manager XPE Group working in partnership with Savills.
The circa 800,000 sq ft retail and leisure destination, which sits at the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, comprises a broad mix of national and local retailers, F&B and leisure operators.
In addition to more than 50 shops, the centre incorporates a dedicated leisure quarter known as ‘The Hive’, which includes a nine-screen cinema.
The acquisition is Belgate Estates’ eighth shopping centre purchase to date.
