The hotel, which is currently let to Accor UK Economy Hotels, is spread over ground and three upper floors, with a lobby, bar and dining room on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are a combination of double and twin rooms and are all of a similar size and layout, each incorporating a prefabricated en-suite shower capsule.
The property is located on the western edge of Hull city centre close to the A63 trunk road and M62.
