Bain Capital and CIT have completed a flurry of lettings at the SIXTY SLOANE mixed-use scheme in Chelsea, taking the development close to full occupancy.
Luxury private members health club KX has committed to an additional 7,000 sq ft across Unit 1, which adds to its existing 16,500 sq ft of space over ground and basement floors.
A new 5,000 sq ft restaurant from the owners of Chucs and Langans is also set to open in Unit 2 and premium swim school operator GetSetSwim has signed for its fourth location at Unit 3. The final retail unit at the scheme is currently under offer.
