MAPP has been appointed to provide management consultancy advice on Relentless Developments’ No1 St Michael’s.
The scheme, which is being delivered by former footballer Gary Neville’s development company, features 200,000 sq ft of workspace across nine storeys, in addition to ‘five-star luxury office amenities’ and a 20,000 sq ft restaurant by Chotto Matte. It is due to complete in Q3 2024.
